Fifth Annual "First Friday" at the Verve Cup Sponsored by Karma Yacht Sales
Karma Yacht Sales is proud to sponsor the Fifth Annual 'First Friday" at the Verve Cup Regatta this Friday August 14, 2009. The 2009 Verve Cup officially kicks off on Friday for three days of racing under the cover of the Chicago Air & Water Show. One of Chicago Yacht Club's marquis regattas, the Verve Cup hosts boats from around the country and is also host to many fleet championships.
Our very own First 40.7 fleet (consisting of 12 boats) will be competing in their North American Championship during the Verve Cup on circle B along side their 16 fellow 'First' boats in the First 36.7 fleet.
The First fleets welcome everyone to our raft party in front of the club seawall for fun, comradrie and sprits. To assist in that, Karma Yacht Sales will be hosting the 'FREE POUR' of Mount Gay Rum starting at 5:00pm.*
