$21M Coming to Chicago to Repair "Outer Harbor Structure"

Crain's Chicago Business Reported today that $21M in Stimulus dollars will be effecting the Chicago Harbor system. Designated as monies to repair the outer harbor structure, we can only guess that these funds are part of the greater 2016 Olympic project.
