This Week's Picture(s) of the Week are titled "Almost There". With Spring officially just under forty-five days away, you can't help but dream of warmer days. To show that we are making progress on putting this long Winter behind us, We took these photos out at Monroe Harbor. Soon boats will replace the tranquil waters of winter and the ice caps will make way for the mooring balls. The harbor will be bustling with activity and the sailboats will gracefully decorate our lakefront. We can't wait...
